Pioneer Aviation UK Ltd is a newly formed family company set up to
distribute Alpi Aviation's Pioneer aircraft to the UK market. Its' two
Directors, Frank Cavaciuti and Keren Watkins, father and daughter, are both pilots. Frank holds both fixed wing and rotary
licences and
Keren (an ex military fast jet pilot) holds a fixed wing licence.
Alpi Aviation srl
is an Italian aircraft manufacturer that currently sells the Pioneer 200 and
Pioneer 300 in 14 countries world wide. Whilst the company is based in
Pordenone, Northern Italy, it also has a factory in Croatia. All
aircraft kits start life in Croatia, where the wooden components are made and
the kit partially assembled prior to a
move to the Italian factory. There, kits are finished to the required specification.
