bulletNigel Spedding - Warwickshire - Recently took delivery of Pioneer 300 Advanced Kit No.121

"I was pleased with the high quality of the finish and impressed by the level of detailed work that already seems to have been completed not only on the airframe but also on some of the sub-assemblies such as the undercarriage.  Alpi do seem to have put a good deal of thought into making the build process as straightforward as possible and have have obviously taken a good deal of care in the manufacturing process.  I was also impressed that the vast majority of the smaller components required to complete the build are included in the kit which should save time by avoiding the need to chase around buying fastenings, small electrical components, consumables etc"

bulletFrancis Donaldson, Chief Engineer, Popular Flying Association in the May/June 2004 issue of the Popular Flying Magazine:

...beautiful retractable-undercarriage ultralight which has a strong resemblance to that other Italian masterpiece, the Falco.

...a very attractive, sporting machine with very pleasant handling and performance to match.

bulletPaul Mulcahy, CAA Test Pilot in the PFA Flight Test Schedule

"A delightful well presented aircraft........crisp pleasant handling.....an outstanding performer with safe benign handling it was a pleasure to fly and test and will, in due course doubtless become a formidable player in the UK VLA home-built kit market"

bulletBrian Hope, Editor of the PFA Magazine commented in the Jul/Aug 2004*

The Pioneer 300 will undoubtedly establish itself in the UK market. It is competitively priced, performs very well and looks simply fantastic.
